A PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FCDI
This weekend-long training is designed to provide new/novice coaches with the tools and techniques to guide students to success. Participants may earn 20 service points (applicable for license renewal) and enjoy a supportive learning environment with plenty of opportunities to connect with peers.

At the Florida Debate Initiative, we’ve built a dynamic roster of programs aimed at training students, coaches, and teachers to compete at the highest levels of speech and debate. Our programs sharpen critical thinking, boost communication skills, and build the leadership and confidence needed to excel past the competition and achieve victory at the podium and beyond.
We envision a Florida where all students, regardless of socioeconomic background, are given the ability to learn and practice communication, leadership and critical thinking skills through speech and debate competition opportunities. With your help, we can make that a reality.
